I will update this weekly with the deals I see for the week and what items seem to be priced low at the markets. Stocking up on food at the lowest possible prices is a must in this economy. If you see any other great items for the week please leave them in the comments section too. I will put a post up each week when I have prepared the list, but the link will always be at the top of the page.

Super idea. This week there were sales every where for Ground round and Ground Sirloin at super cheap prices. I buy at least 10 lbs every time it is on sale and then freeze in 1 lb. freezer bags. Boneless Chicken breasts were also on sale really cheap at Albertsons, and they are fresh in the meat dept. They will wrap them for you too, so that is a super saver. Krogers also has 12 double rolls Home Sense toilet paper for $4.99. Those were my favorite buys this week. Lots snack items on sale for Super Bowl.

Our grocery store (Ingles) had lots of Buy One Get One items this week. They had Eckrich smoked sausage, Arnold's bread,French's mustard,Barilla pasta, Sargento's shredded cheese,Quaker Oats, Post Honey Bunches of Oats, just to name a few, were all BOGO! I have a full pantry! By using coupons and buying the specials, I saved $68.22 yesterday! Happy dance!
